- Have original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original condition.

- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, ChicWoman will handle the return-related resolution appropriately.
If the return is requested for any other reason, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
